Our House Calls team is directed by Dr. Ann Agnew, M.D.
Dr. Agnew has more than twenty five years experience in Internal Medicine. She has worked in hospitals as well as outpatient settings. A graduate of the University of Missouri Kansas City Honors Program in Medicine, she completed three years of internal medicine residency at Washington University Barnes Jewish Hospital. She has worked in Boise Idaho for 15 years.
Jennifer Gooding is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She attended the University of Washington earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing and Gonzaga University earning a Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has provided nursing care for over 25 years and has more than 12 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. She has a wide range of experience providing care in hospital, skilled nursing, clinic, and home settings. She has focused her career on providing care to geriatric patients; managing chronic disease and acute illness and when indicated palliative and hospice care. Her care focuses on striving to improve her patient’s quality of life. She prefers to provide service to patients where they reside. She assists patients through transitions and strongly believes that care is best provided through communication and coordination with care providers, families, specialists and community resources. She has practiced in the Treasure Valley since 2002. When not working she enjoys spending time with her grown children.
Dr. Christina Freston graduated from University of Idaho with a Bachelor
of Science in Community Health Education. She graduated from Medical
school at Des Moines University in Iowa and completed Family Practice
residency in Anchorage, Alaska. She joined the Boise community in early
2020 and is very exicted to be back in the pacifc northwest. She has
experience in hospital and outpatient medicine as well as osteopathic
manipulation medicine. She is married, has a daughter who is the
highlight of her life, 1 dog and 2 cats.
